STEAM IRON - It's a steam iron catering to all the ironing needs. The iron is having a water tank with a capacity of 360 ml, along with a 360-degree swivel cord and a nonstick soleplate for easy and smooth pressing.
irons have internal anti-calcium filters so they are tap water safe. We do recommend using the self-clean function on a regular basis if the iron is used frequently to ensure any sediments or minerals are flushed out of the system. This is included in the instruction manual.

Shipping Time

Change delivery address

If an order has already been shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes to your provided delivery information. In the event of changes/updates to your address, it would be best to contact the concerned shipping carrier.
Late delivery
In the event of a late delivery, Global Shop Mall will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers (DHL & FedEx) or a result of customs clearance delays.
Package lost
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Failed Delivery Situation
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we cannot refund your order.
